| Near our schoolUrsynów has 4 metro stations the nearest one is Natolin ( Remember! If you drink too much alcohol don’t walk near Natolin underground, because there is the police station) in spite of that Ursynów is one of the nicest part of Warsaw. We can visit here many interesting places, but we’ve chosen only some of them, the most popular ones.
Kazurówka hill is a very popular place among youth from Ursynów - mostly from our school. It is an excellent place for bicycle, it is full of tracks .We got used to seeing people with dogs, mothers with children. At our school we have a small tradition, when it is getting warmer students are making bonfires. We have two favourite places - the meadow near Kabacki forest and the other one is on the field behind stable at Nowoursynowska street. People from all classes can meet there together, eat sausages and have fun (beer, music etc.).
During warm weekends we organize trips to Powsin for picnics and sunbathing. Sometimes after school we walk around Kabacki forest. Ursynów is also a good place to practise different kinds of sport. You can find many tennis courts on the fresh air in the spring or summer, also a number of football and basketball pitches. We know that you can’t find so much in the centre of Warsaw.
We all know where Multikino is but this is not the only place where you can go in the evening. You can also visit some good restaurants, pubs or night clubs like Starlight, where you can eat tasty meals, have a good drink and listen to good music. One of the advantages of this place is nice and handsome staff. If you don’t want to eat typical Polish food but for example Italian or Greek, we advise you to go to Sanmarzano or to Grek Zorba restaurants. We also spend evenings in such pubs like Matrix, Ultra, Vegas or Sfinks, drinking beer, dancing or playing pool and talking with friends...
