Does it make sense to be involved in politics?

If you are honest with people, you keep promises, you are good and always want everybody to like you - it doesn't.

If you are good at manipulating, you easily make friends, you are very ambitious and you would take a bribe - then it does.

The question is "for whom would it make sense?"

The first type of  politicians would probably try to change their country for the better in any possible way. They won't get too far... Far enough to make their ideas possible.

You can change things only if: you are a known person, you have money, you have good ideas, and you know a lot of other people that are important in the government.

Most people that go into politics have good intentions at the start, but a moment after they change their minds.

"In my opinion they see what's going on in the politics and they just realize they can't do much in such a corrupted government."- It’s a comment that was written by a 22  year  old student from Warsaw referring to the topic of "Rywingate" – a corruption scandal in Poland. I agree with this opinion copied from www.wp.pl news site.

People keep saying you can't change anything unless you know a lot of people and have money.

It might be true. I don't know.

Anyway you can always give it a try and see for yourself.
